The Darlington Homeowner’s Association has purchased a “No Soliciting” sign to be placed at the 91st street entrance. As a result of this, if a solicitor comes to your door, you have the right to tell the person that this is a no soliciting neighborhood, and they are in violation of the law. You have the option to call the police and report the solicitor.
